Termination criteria

Termination criteria

There are three predefined termination criteria in TESTAR

  1. The length (number of actions) of the sequence of actions run by TESTAR
  2. A time limit (e.g. 1 day, 10 hours…)
  3. Tests can also be manually paused at any time, or even completely stopped.

Default values are provided for 1 and 2.

For more sofisticated stopping criteria (i.e. stop the test when the SUT reaches an specific state) the testing protocol must be edited.
